In light of the recent amendments to Section 922.10 of the Florida Statutes (providing that capital prisoners will be executed by lethal injection unless they affirmatively elect execution by electrocution), and the Florida Supreme Court's recent conclusion that those amendments do not violate article X, section 9 of the the Florida Constitution, Sims v. Florida, Nos. SC00- 295, SC00-297, _Fla._, _So. 2d _, (Feb. 16, 2000), the petition for a writ of certiorari is denied.
